What is the best cutlery set I can buy for a reasonable price?

I am looking to buy my mom a cutlery set but I have no idea about brands or quality. I was thinking of getting her a 14 piece set that is in the area of $150. I'm looking for a set that will last a while and also won't dull too quickly. Thanks.
