My car bettery comes on I even switched batteries but the car does not start?

Check your starter and fly wheel if your fly wheels teeth are chipped it can cause you not to be able to start your car or the starter it self is gone just when you start the car listen for it to try to engage and if you hear nothing its most likely the starter
