The Hulk vs. Onslaught. What comic/issue is this in?

Me and my brother were recently talking about epic fights that took place in the Marvel Universe. We were all huge comic book collectors back in the day. He told me about this fight that took place between The Hulk and Onslaught where Jean Grey went into Bruce Banner's mind and shut out the Banner side and just unleashed the pure Hulk side. Hulk then proceeded to beat the living hell outta Onslaught and eventually split Onslaught in half. WE CANNOT REMEMBER WHAT COMIC/ISSUE THIS IS FROM! Please anybody help me with this info and if at all possible a link to some scans?!
