Do movie theaters share in the convenience fee revenue from Fandango or other similar companies?

Researching for a new project and there aren't many straight answers out there. Anybody have any experience working with Fandango.com or movietickets.com? I'm interested in how the business model works and if there's a split, what is the industry norm.
