Has anyone tried the Ensam patch for depression and if so, do you know if it works on dopamine like Wellbutrin

I was taking Wellbutrin and had a very good respone to it when it was combined with Lexapro. I had to stop taking it due to severe itching. Just being on Lexapro alone, my brain feels like "mush" and my doctor mentioned giving the Ensam patch a try. Has anyone out there tried it and if so what were your experiences good or bad? and also for those who have tried it and also took Wellbutrin in the past, how does Ensam compare to Wellbutrin? I know Wellbutrin is a one-of-a-kind medication and works on dopamine. I don't know that much about Ensam and I am having trouble finding very much information over the net regarding people who have taken it and what side effects it has and if it helps with dysthymia type depression and low motivation. Thanks.
